The Youth General Assembly is the governing body of the WFDYS. Delegates from participating Ordinary Members or Youth Ordinary Members (National Associations of the Deaf) have the right to vote, determine, and make motions for the agenda of the WFDYS. The Youth General Assembly (YGA) takes place at World Congresses. Main decision making involve: 1) Locations of next Jr. Youth and Children Camps, 2) New WFDYS board, 3) Revisions on Internal Rules, and 4) Determine the direction of the WFDYS work.
